  • Carambola Beach Resort, just down the road from our property, has a championship Robert Trent Jones designed golf course. Carambola was a former Rockefeller holding.
  • Tribal Nation, owner-operator of Foxwoods Casino has recently received Coastal Zone Management (CZM) approval to develop a 600-acre resort and casino in conjunction with William and Punch Partners, a St. Croix development group. Amalago Bay envisions a main casino-hotel complex with 322 rooms, three swimming pools, an inland lagoon with a 64-slip marina, an 18-hole golf course, an additional 56-room beach hotel, and many other high-end amenities. This planned complex is about five miles from our property.
  • Wyndham Hotels and Resorts announced their involvement in a luxury $250 million complex including a 43,000-square foot conference center, a 400-room resort, golf course, and casino.
  • Walmart has moved onto the island, building a new center on a 44 acre parcel.
  • The political climate on St Croix welcomes more development. Governor John deJongh is actively supportive of business development.
  • The Neighborhood: The Northwest portion of St. Croix is one of the most stunning and dramatic parts of the island. Our nearest major neighbor to the West is Carambola Beach Resort. The championship Carambola Golf Course is just over the mountain to the South of our property; world-class diving is available directly from our beachfront. The Northstar land is also well protected on its high side by its natural topography.
